RFIC Group @ Fudan University, leaded by Prof. Zhangwen Tang, was established in January 1st, 2007. The group consists of 3+ Ph.D. students and 9+ Master students. The RFIC Group has been focusing on RF and mixed-signal IC design for DTV tuner and wideband transceiver, which includes wideband Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), high-performance LC VCOs, Up-conversion and Down-conversion Mixers, Frequency Synthesizers, Analog-to-Digital Converter, Digital-to-Analog Converter, Low-pass Filters and etc. Education in microelectronics is provided at M.S. level and at Ph.D. level. And numerous design courses are given to industries worldwide. |

Zhangwen Tang received the B.S degree in Electrical Engineering in 1999 and Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics in 2004 from Fudan University , Shanghai , P. R. China. He is currently a full Professor in the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University. His current research interests include CMOS mixed-signal and radio frequency circuits for wideband transceiver and DTV Tuner applications. In 2006, from March to May, he was studying the course of Analog Design Essentials in the K. U. Leuven and IMEC, Belgium. |

Xiaoxue Sun received her bachelor degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Nankai University in 2008. In 2011, she received her master degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where she designed a fully integrated Time-to-Amplitude converter used in TCSPC applications. Currently she is working towards her Ph. D. degree in Fudan University in the field of synthesizing clock signals. Her research interests include design and analysis of analog/RF ICs for tranceivers. |

Xiangcheng Liu received the B.S. degree in Harbin Engineering University in 2014. He received his master degree in Microelectronics and Solid Electronics in Tianjin University. Now he is pursing his Ph.D. degree in Fudan University. He will research analog/RF circuit and focus on the field of ADC design. |

Yingyu Chen received his B.S. degree in microelectronics from Xidian University in 2017. Now, he is pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Fudan University right after college. |

Weigang Xu received his B.S. degree from the School of Software and Microelectronics of Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2015. Now he is pursuing his M.S. degree in the School of Microelectronics in Fudan University. He will research analog/RF ciucuit and focus on the field of LDO design. |
